Begin your experience at the VIP entrance of The Star Grand’s porte cochère, stepping into a European-inspired bistro where modern elegance meets Australian charm. One hundred metres above Brisbane, the city unfolds below in uninterrupted, sky-high views — a rare vantage point over the river.

A shared chef-led banquet awaits, built entirely around the finest seasonal Queensland produce and brought to life through the art of woodfire. Starters, snacks, mains, and sides unfold across an afternoon designed for connection and three hours suspended above the city, accompanied by an indulgent selection of sparkling, wine, beer, and soft drinks.
